Flowing from our success as Canada's largest green beans and coffee equipment e-tailer, the Green Beanery store and café-roastery is our real-world storefront, located in downtown Toronto at the south-east intersection of Bathurst and Bloor streets.

A former bank site, we converted 2,650 square feet, and more than 100 feet of frontage, into a splendidly minimalist inner-city coffee 'warehouse' and café combination, to bring you an authentic coffee experience. At Green Beanery, you can relax and relish the novelty of coffee beans roasting right in front of you at our on-site roastery, housed in a see-through chamber.

Rather walk about? Our must-have coffee gadgets and equipment, timeless kitchen aids and delightful non-essentials are kept on display in an open-concept environment for your roaming pleasure. Fascinate over our wares while we prepare your order at our in-store café: there is plenty to see. Large, street-facing windows let in natural light and a view of local life; our spacious interior provides a step back from the city rush, to sit and savour at your own pace.

Best of all, Green Beanery is your partner in making a difference. We provide small, organic farmers around the world with access to new markets. Small coffee farmers from Africa, Asia, Latin and South America specializing in niche coffees with characteristics as distinctive and extraordinary as their local ecology, are available through us. These small entrepreneurs, whose efforts maintain the genetic diversity in the world's store of coffee, look to us to stay in business and, in turn, this allows us to offer you North America's largest selection of roasted and unroasted coffee beans.

We transformed what was once the bank's vault into The Vault meeting room: a super secure and – playing on a bean theme – quirky and ultra-stylish space that can seat six or more around an oval table facing a presentation screen.
