Marcala region is gaining a reputation for producing flavorful coffees.
This well grown and premium quality processed Honduran coffee, is a fine example of what can be produced from this location. Wet processed and a quality focus has produced a clean, crisp cup of distinct and unique flavour characteristics and excellent depth. Fairtrade and oganic certified, strictly high grown (SHG), Scr 17/18
It has a nice spicy scent aroma with soft citrus. The flavor is mild and buttery with nutty tones, with herbal tints and light fruitiness. Medium brightness (acidity), medium body with a strong hazelnut aftertaste.
Roasting requirements: Medium to dark
