My first home roast was the Mexican Organic Oaxaca Altura. I roasted the beans with the stove method, brewing my first pot. The freshness and full bodied taste was unlike the store bought coffee; I returned for a cup then another. I will have to taste the different coffees before I can compare flavors. The Green Beanery delivers.
