Birthday offer: How it works
  1. Your free gift will accompany the first order that you make during or after your birthday month. If your birthday is June 6, for example, and you make a purchase with us in June, we'll add your birthday gift to that order. If you don't happen to make an order until July (or later), we'll add your gift then, as a belated birthday gift.
  2. The value of your gift will usually be based on your purchases in the previous 12 months (your first birthday gift might be based on a longer period). If your birthday is in August, for example, we'll base the size of your gift on the purchases showing in your account for the 12 months ending July 31.
  3. The 10% credit that you earn for purchases during your birthday month can be claimed in any month subsequent to your birthday month. It does not expire and it applies to any item for the home (not to items for our wholesale or commercial customers). The 10% is in addition to any other offers we might have at the time.

This offer takes effect six months after your date of sign-up to the Birthday Offer. That's the first month in which we will distribute birthday presents and that's the first Birthday Month to which the 10% credit will apply. Those whose birthday months fall sooner than six months from the date of sign-up need not fear being disadvantaged -- when you're birthday month comes along, we will make it up to you.
